This service ensures that eligible hardware can be replaced quickly and efficiently, offering advance replacement options and full unit replacements. The RMA service operates on an 8x5 basis, with a next business day response time for requests made before 3:00 p.m. It is important to note that this service is only available for purchase when an existing software support service contract is in place, and it does not include additional service delivery elements provided by the Software Support Service.
